SendRepute provides pre-send email content analysis for legitimate senders, marketers, and domain operators who want to inspect drafts before sending. We analyze your sender name, subject line, body text, links, formatting, and HTML signals. By evaluating these elements, SendRepute can show a probabilistic spam classification, confidence levels, and detected terms when the account or action permits. This analysis helps you resolve spam signals and prepare stronger emails.
What SendRepute Does
Our content classifier focuses entirely on the content of your message before you send it. When you submit a draft, the system reviews the text and underlying code to support your review workflow. We provide tools for safe HTML corrections and manual edits directly within the product. You can also use optional AI rewriting features to adjust your copy, ensuring clearer content and resolving structural signals.
SendRepute also provides educational guidance on authentication standards. We help users understand DMARC record composition as defined in DMARC RFC 7489 and the IETF DMARC RFC record. Proper authentication is a core part of the Gmail sender guidelines.

What SendRepute Does Not Do
The classifier and builder do not send email. SendRepute Campaigns sends via your own connected provider; SendRepute is not a hosted SMTP delivery service. Our tools do not:
- Send email from the content classifier or builder
- Provide a hosted SMTP delivery service or infrastructure
- Check every DNSBL or private-provider blocklist
- Change or manage your DNS records
Our content analysis helps you prepare stronger campaigns. We are not a hosted SMTP service or DNS editor. Separate Domain Check reads live public DNS and five selected public threat-intelligence sources; its coverage is limited to those checks.
